Refund Policy

Our commitment

We stand behind the quality of our work. If we make an error in production, we will reprint the order at no charge or provide a refund for the affected portion.

Customer-supplied errors

Orders printed according to approved proofs or customer-provided files that contain errors (typos, low resolution, wrong colors) are not eligible for refunds. Please review proofs carefully.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once production has started, deposits may be non-refundable.
