By using the Pene's Business Services website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Quotes & orders
Quotes are estimates based on information provided and may change if specifications, quantities, or materials change. Orders are confirmed when you approve a final quote and, where applicable, provide payment.
Customer files & content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you supply. You grant us permission to use your files solely to produce your order. We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork.
Proofs & approval
For custom jobs we may provide a digital or physical proof. Production begins after your approval. Changes after approval may incur additional fees and delay delivery.
Turnaround times
Stated turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly agreed in writing. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
